Residue Analysis

Residue trials are conducted to study the level of residues of agrochemicals in crop and soil post application. The residue trials are designed such that they consider the proposed mode of application, the sampling procedure and the analysis. Results of several trials carried out in different localities and under different geo-climatic conditions are required, to set the Maximum Residue Levels and pre-harvest intervals.

RLS can undertake collaborative trials in the field, and can also manage the transport of samples from the fields to analytical laboratories for analysis. Testing undertaken is as follows:

  1. 1. Residues in soil
  2. 2. Residues in plants
  3. 3. Residues in water
