Minimum of 5 years in FMCG company handling vendor development/ Required FMCG (Household Insecticide) experience / client development / business development / export business activities
Overall Objective :-- To identify and pursue new business lead for growth of Contract Research.
- Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) business to achieve the targeted revenue, To ensure sales target are achieved as per the company goals.
- To assist in business development activities for Exports and domestic market
- To develop Domestic and Export market for Manufacturing Services in FMCG category.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plan, Providing MIS to higher management.
- Liaise with AM & and scientist at Ross to monitor the progress of Special projects.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads ( Covering Domestic, International sales & Export orders).
- Respond to client requests for project proposals (RFPs). Arrange for submitting quotations and invoices and delivery challans for various tt3Ps.
- Co-ordinate with customers for POs and send it to factories for processing.
- Prepare and circulate Weekly updates to management on sales revenue and targets achieved.
- Co-ordinate with clients to ensure orders have been delivered.
- Handle collections from customers.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Create, update and circulate MIS for CRAMS business to the management.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc…
- Developing business plans and setting sales target- month-wise, quarter-wise and yearly goals (Establishing calendar of activities for meeting clients and follow up visits).
