Dr Manju Philip is a doctorate in Biochemistry from Pune University, and is a scholarship winner from BARC (Nuclear Agriculture and Biotechnology Division, Mumbai). Besides holding a degree in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai, she is also a certified Good Clinical Practitioner, from Department of Health and Human Services, USA.

With over 14 years research and development experience in new product development, and over 18 years in household pest control, personal care and home care products development, and bio-efficacy testing, Dr Manju is currently with Ross Lifescience as Manager- New Products Development (NPD) and is also the In-charge Archivist - GLP. Besides leading teams for all research on new and specialized products being developed, she also manages project coordination and projects management. Her responsibilities also include International Client communications for project up-dates, registration data generation and support for filing patents, preparing pilot-scale batches of new products, and scaling up solutions for national and international manufacturing.
